Our Client, a leader in providing Food and Support Services in Canada, is looking for a Regional Sales Director who will be responsible for the generation of new business opportunities by securing on-site food service contracts with Retirement, Assisted Living and Long Term Care homes across Ontario.  The Regional Sales Director will create compelling, strategic proposals, presentations and multiple client entry strategies in order to achieve the company’s goals.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated superior capabilities in relationship management at all levels within a client organization, especially at the C or decision making level.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Sourcing New Business Opportunities/Contracts within the Senior Living Communities in Ontario
  • Communicating in the form of letters, e-mails, proposals, presentations to plan, direct and execute strategy between internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple level contacts and long term executive level relationships within client organizations
  • Form compelling strategies for client contact, relationship management and bidding and winning
  • Assist in long term strategic planning, opportunity tiering and budgeting
  • Client Database and Pipeline management
  • Plan and support Client Events eg. SiteTours, participation at events
  • Lead/Liaise with Project Team towards successful submission and acceptance of proposals
Qualifications:


  • Post-Secondary education in Business or equivalent through experience
  • A minimum of seven (7) years sales experience, in a “Hunter Role” at the C-Level
  • Business to Business, direct sales experience in the  Senior Living Communities in Ontario a major asset
  • Demonstrated relationship management and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to execute strategic account plans
  • Ability to manage, budget and forecast multi-million dollar territories
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Outstanding oral and written communications, presentation and proposal development
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time and more
 
Compensation:

Six Figure plus base and bonus plan, car allowance and full benefit program
